Important Info Regarding Zoning Case on Nov. 13 P&Z Meeting Agenda
Town staff would like to provide more information for our residents and stakeholders regarding the history of zoning in Solana and the current zoning case, Z-06-19-17, that will be heard by P&Z on Monday evening, November 13, 2017. Public Hearings will take place (continue) at this meeting regarding Zoning Case Z-06-19-17, along with other public hearings, as this particular case and considerations for its related items were continued at the Oct. 16 P&Z Commissioner's meeting.

We hope this FAQ will help answer some common questions and also provide a historical perspective as it relates to PD1 as a whole and the current Zoning Case Z-06-19-17, filed by Wilbow Corp.

Recommendations made by the P&Z Commission at Monday's meeting will be forwarded to the Town Council for consideration, with related public hearings, at the Nov. 27 Town Council workshop/meeting date.
