Commercial Developments

Entrada

  • Entrada Plaza Mayor site work under construction
  • Retail Corner buildings under construction
  • Restaurant Row buildings under construction
  • Pedestrian Bridge under construction
  • Chapel & Reception Hall under construction
  • Gas Well Parking Garage under construction

Charles Schwab Corporate Campus

  • The Charles Schwab project is to be complete in two phases 
  • The first phase of the office campus consists of 2 office buildings, 1 amenities building, and for a total of 555,000 s.f. of office space and 1 parking garage consisting of 2,600 parking spaces
  • The second phase of the office campus consist of 2 office buildings for a total of 620,000 s.f. of office space and 1 parking garage consisting of 4,000 parking spaces
  • Construction of both phases is underway
  • Estimated completion for 1st  phase: Fall 2019
  • Estimated completion for 2nd phase: 2021

Project Blizzard (also known as Front 44)

  • 44-acre planned mixed-use development on the 114/170 merge and next to Lake Turner

Residential Developments

Entrada

  • Total of 322 residential units throughout the development (including single-family and condominium units)
  • 30 units approved for construction
  • 150 condominium units approved in the Entrada Plaza Mayor

Granada

  • An 84 lot single-family residential development
  • Located off of Solana Boulevard
  • 63 lots currently developed or under construction

Quail Hollow

  • Newest Residential Development in Westlake
  • 188 acres with 96 estate homes and a minimum of 1 acre lots
  • 10 lots currently under construction

Terra Bella

  • A 26 lot, 54.7-acre single family development
  • 25 lots currently developed or under construction

Carlyle Court

  • An 8 lot residential development located off of Dove Rd
  • 8 lots currently developed or under construction

Knolls at Solana

  • A 56 lot, 62.5-acre single family development
  • Over one-third of the acreage to be dedicated as a conservation easement
  • Located off of Solana Boulevard
  • Subdivision improvements under construction

Roadway Projects

Schwab Way

  • Per the Comprehensive Plan, Schwab Way is a regional arterial and serves as the connection between the Charles Schwab Corporate Campus and the future Howard Hughes/Hillwood's 44-acre mixed-use development, Front 44.
  • Phase 1 of Schwab Way under construction
  • Phase 2 of Schwab Way under review

Solana Blvd

  • As part of the Knolls at Solana infrastructure improvements the developer will be creating a left-hand turn lane into the Knolls in westbound direction
